GETTING STARTED
What supplies do I need to get started?
The basic supplies you will need are:
> Adobe Reader: free download here - www.get.adobe.com/reader
> A personal printer that can print in colour (if you are printing at home)
> White cardstock paper, letter-size (8.5x11)
> Scissors or a straight edge cutter

What kind of paper do you recommend printing on?
​All of our products are made to print on 8.5x11 letter size sheets. We highly recommend printing on white card stock (12pt cover is usually sufficient for most pieces). For straw flags, water bottle wrappers, cupcake wrappers and treat cones i would use a lighter paper like 100lb text since these items need more flexibility. Matte or glossy is fine, whatever your personal preference is. If printing at home you can find white card stock at your local craft store or office depot. If you are printing at your local print shop, you can just specify the paper type and size (8.5x11). Ensure the page scaling is set to NONE.
Note: if you are planning on writing on any of the products (such as tent cards) matte is highly reccomended as glossy can easily smudge.
How long does it take to receive my order once I've purchased my party pack or custom invitation?
CUSTOM ORDERS: please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be complete (depending on scope and complexity).
PRE-DESIGNED ORDERS ON ETSY: If you have purchased a party pack on Etsy, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order and payment, and then another email following that with an instant download link to the file.
INVITATION ORDERS ON ETSY:
If you have ordered an invitation on Etsy, you will receive the same instant download link, but it will need to be updated with your information. Please note when ordering to state in your message to me (Celebrant's name, Date of the event, Time, Address, and RSVP information, and also state if there is a registry involved). For these types of orders, please allow between 12-24 hours for a proof to be sent back to you.
Do you send a PDF proof that we can see in case there is anything I want to change?
Absolutely! For all CUSTOM DESIGN orders that are placed we will be able to send you a proof within five to seven business days for you to review and make any necessary edits.

What are your terms of use?
The party pack or invitation you purchased is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You can print the pages as many times as you’d like, but this file is for the purchasers use only. You cannot resell, distribute, or give away the files you bought. We would be happy if you refer your friends and family to our shop if they are interested in our products.This file may not be used for commercial or mass production purposes.
