Peanut Butter Fudge: A Holiday Treat

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas with friends and family and are looking forward to what 2015 has to bring! Usually when the holidays are creeping up, since my side of the family is so large - and counting, we usually stick to gifts for kids 12 and under. I still wanted to do a little something extra this year for the adults so my husband and I decided we would make peanut butter fudge. The fun part was designing the creative; i just love personalized edibles, they are delicious and fun to hand out! This year we were all about the rustic theme, so in keeping with that we decided to jazz up a simple brown paper bag with fun personalized scalloped circles and secure with some washi tape. Needless to say, the fudge was a hit!

What i loved most about this recipe is that it took little or not time to make, and came out perfectly. The only issue i had with this was it had to be kept in the fridge otherwise it would start to get a little soft. In the recipe he says to keep it in an airtight container but i felt like the fridge was a better option :)

Happy Baking! xo
