How to DIY your NYE Party Cones!

One more sleep until 2016! If you haven't got your party gear yet, there is still time to make your own! Yesterday i posted the files for the hats i designed, and today i'm showing you what i did to my own. It's fairly simple, just requires a little bit of patience and a few items :)
Items you will need:
a toothpick
elastic rope (Dollar Store) double stick tape
1 curly bow (Dollar Store)
Instructions:
Step 1: Download your files here.
Step 2: Print and cut out your party cone. Note: when printing, put the setting at "print at actual size", this way you aren't shrinking the cone. I used regular paper but you can use something slightly thicker. Step 3: Cut pieces of your bow off and adhere to the inside (top) where the dip is in the cone.
Step 4: Roll your cone and secure at the dotted line
Step 5: Once you've done that, use the toothpick to bore a hole on both ends of your cone, and string the elastic rope in, ting a knot to hold it.
After you're done your hats should look something like this:
